Session 1 : 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Break : 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM
Session 2 : 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Break : 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Session 3 : 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM (CUDA and OpenCL Live Demos)

Session 1 : 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Break : 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM
Session 2 : 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Session 3 : 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM (CUDA and OpenCL Live Demos)
Seminar time WILL extend beyond 9:00 PM on BOTH days as required.
Language of Teaching: Hindi
Fees:
2,000 + 360 (GST: 18%) = 2,360/- (For students residing in India) + Payment Gateway Charges depending upon your mode of payment
5,000 + 900 (GST: 18%) = 5,900/- (For students residing outside of India) + Payment Gateway Charges depending upon your mode of payment

If you feel that the fees are on higher side OR if there is a discrimination between students residing in India and out of India, please don’t ask us – ask the students who decided this. Social Media is at your fingertips.

Admission Procedure:
Two separate Admission Procedure links (one for students in India and the other for students abroad) will be provided HERE itself by Sunday, 13th September 2026 (End-of-Day), that is, one day before the admissions begin.
The admissions on BOTH the links will open for all on Monday, 14th September 2026.
A few details to note down:
- Admissions will open for everyone on Monday, 14th September 2026 AT 1:00 PM (Afternoon) IST.
- You need to follow the instructions in the respective admission form links.
- You will receive an acknowledgement email as a reply to your enrollment.
- After paying the fees, you need to wait for at least 96 hours (4 days) to get a confirmation of your admission.
- BOTH the Admission forms will close on the next Wednesday, that is, 23rd September 2026, end of the day.
- If you are 100% sure about joining the seminar, then and then only enroll as there will be no refund of fees in any case.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE :
1. Reading Dr. Gokhale Sir’s draft of ‘Contents of the Seminar’ (given above) before registering for the seminar is MANDATORY. Especially the points : “Who should attend this seminar” AND “Who should NOT attend this seminar”.
2. This seminar is about CODING via CUDA and OpenCL, NOT about the Theory / Algorithms / Mathematics behind it.
3. During the seminar, everybody MUST have the printed copies of the codes which will be provided to you all BEFORE the seminar.
4. With respect to the above point, please note that the codes will be mailed ONLY after all admissions conclude on 23rd September 2026. That is, the codes will be mailed by Friday, 25th September 2026 (EOD) and ONLY to those students who have taken admission for the seminar. So, PLEASE DO NOT KEEP ASKING for the codes once your individual admission process is completed. Wait for them till the evening of Friday, 25th September 2026.
5. No on the spot admissions will be taken as the seminar is ONLINE.
6. ALL Previous and Current RTR Batch Students and Current ARTR Batch students – who are attending the seminar – are expected to do LIVE CODING throughout the entire seminar duration.
7. Certificate indicating the attendance at the seminar will be provided.
8. This Certificate of Attendance will be awarded ONLY to those students who attend AND mark their attendance for EACH AND EVERY SESSION of the seminar.
9. It is MANDATORY for all interested students to check their mails – Inbox AND Spam – AT LEAST ONCE A DAY from the date of their admission till the day of receiving the Certificate of Attendance (if earned). Mail shall be our primary mode of communication.
