Windows Development (WinDev) 2024 Batch

Hello Students,

This notice describes the admission procedure for the upcoming “Windows Development (WinDev)” Batch commencing from 17th June 2024.
Please note that this batch will be conducted COMPLETELY ONLINE.

[Although this batch is commonly known as “SDK Batch”, it’s official name is “WinDev Batch”.]

    • Event Driven Architecture ( Hello Windows )
    • Dynamic Link Libraries (DLL)
    • How to use needed Win32 Command Line Developer Tools
    • Multithreading
  • COM (Component Object Model) :
    • Basics
    • DLL ClassFactory Server and Client
    • Containment – Servers and Client
    • Aggregation – Servers and Client
    • DLL Automation Server and Multiple Clients
    • How to use needed COM related Command Line Developer Tools
  • Live Project Development : The students will be made to develop a live project individually by means of in-class coding and homework assignments. This project will include practical implementation of everything taught and learnt during the course. Live Project Development has been included as a part of the WinDev course from the batch of 2023 and onwards.

  • Technical Requirements : Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or 2022 on Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • Pre-requisites : Knowledge of the C Programming Language.

Class Starts : From 17th June 2024 | Every Mon, Tue, Wed | 08:30 PM to 10:30 PM (+/- 30 minutes) I.S.T.

Class Duration : Approx. 6 months. From 17th June 2024 to Second Week of December 2024.

Language of Teaching : Marathi

Fees : (No Part Payment, No Refund.)

a. For students residing in India : Rs. 10,000/-

b. For students residing out of India : Rs. 20,000/-

 

IMPORTANT !!!

For more than the past 30 years, our class has a tradition of keeping the First 3 Lectures of the batch OPEN TO ALL.

Since last 3 years, this tradition is culminated into a single “Introductory Lecture” which will be live, open-to-all and free-to-all and will be conducted on Sunday, 2nd June 2024.

Attending this lecture live or later watching its video before taking admission to this batch is MANDATORY FOR ALL (Uploaded Video Link Given Above).

Introductory Lecture Timing: 03:00 PM (I.S.T.) onwards

Venue: Official YouTube Channel of AstroMediComp.

This lecture will have a Q&A session at the end.

Admission Procedure:

Admissions for this batch will be conducted over the VSIEdu platform.
‘VSIEdu’ is a Learning Management System developed by Void Star India – a company owned and run by students of AstroMediComp.

All the admissions will be carried out using VSIEdu.

A few details to note down:

Registration to VSIEdu, Data Collection and Enrollment for the course:

  • Admissions will open for everyone on Monday, 3rd June 2024, AT 1:00 PM (Afternoon).
  • You need to follow the registration and then enrollment procedure at VSIEdu (Follow steps given in the Admission Process Guide Video : https://youtu.be/HYVyJhNjeJU)
  • You will receive an acknowledgement email as a reply to your enrollment.
  • After paying the fees, you need to wait for at least 96 hours (4 days) to get a confirmation of your admission.
  • Admission forms will close on Sunday, 16th June 2024, end of the day.
    If you are 100% sure about joining the batch, then and then only enroll as there will be no refund of fees in any case.

 

Payment of Fees:

Payment Method for Students in India will receive a different link for the payment.

Out of India students will receive a different link for the payment.

 

Regarding “Repeater” Admissions :
Only students of the immediately previous WinDev batch, that is, only students of WinDev-2023, can apply for “Repeater” admission.
Rest all – apply as “New Admission”.

We are providing you all the dates well in advance, so that you can prepare and take the admission as soon as you receive the payment details.
Still, if you fail to take the admission in the mentioned deadline, then AstroMediComp Administration will not be responsible.

 

!!! PLEASE NOTE : Registrations are NOT considered as admissions !!!

So, if and only if you are interested in taking admission to the course – follow the COMPLETE admission procedure.
Don’t leave it incomplete mid-way.
Incomplete admission procedures will NOT be considered as Admissions.
