1) Start Visual Studio .Net IDE.
2) Go tO File\New\Project Menu.
3) In "Displayed "New Project" Dialog Box, From Left Panel, Select The
   "Visual C# Projects" And From Right Panel, Select "Empty Project".
   Then Type Desired Project's Name In "Name" Edit Box. For "Location"
   Edit Box Type/Browse To Desired Directory Where You Want To Create
   The Project And Press Ok.
4) A Project Work Space Will Be Opened For You, Showing Your Project's
   Name In IDE's Caption Bar.
5) Now Either From "File" Menu Or From "Project" Menu Select Either The
   "Add New Item". From Displayed "New Item" Dialog Box, From Right
   Panel Select "Text File" And In Name Edit Box Type Desired Source
   Code File's Name With .cs Extension. Type Window Programming code.
   Or If You Already Have The .cs Window Programming Code, Then Instead
   Of Selecting "Add New Item", Select "Add Existing Item" Menu And
   From Displayed Dialog Box, Select The Source Code File/Files.
6) Click On "View" Menu And Go To "Solution Explorer". A Window Will Be
   Displayed On Right Side. Right Click On Your Project's Name And From
   Context Menu, Select "Properties" Option. In Properties Dialog Box's
   Left Panel, From "Common Properties", Select "General" Option And
   Then See Right Panel. You Will See "Output Type" Default Option Is
   "Consol Application". Click On It & Change To "Window Application".
   Click On "Apply" And Then On "OK".
7) Again Do The Same As Above To Open The Context Menu But Now Select
   "Add Reference" Option. From Displayed List Box, Select "System.Dll",
   "System.Drawing.Dll" And "System.Windows.Forms.Dll" By Clicking On
   Each With Ctrl Key Pressed. Then Press Select Button And You Will
   Found All The Three Names Appear In Lower "Selected Components"
   Readonly Box. Press Ok. Then Close The Solution Explorer.
8) Now From Build Menu Select "Rebuild <Your Project's Name>" Option &
   See For Any Compile Or Link Time Errors. If Everything Uptill Now
   Goes Fine, You Will Found Your Exe At Following Two Locations .....
   a) <Your Project's Dir>\Bin\Debug
   b) <Your Project's Dir>\Obj\Debug
